Shutter Partner Studio

Materials

Material choices shaped by application, climate, finish, and structure.

A well-built shutter program starts with the right material. We help partners compare stability, moisture resistance, surface finish, machining behavior, and installation context before production.

Material and finish palette

Core materials

Basswood and PVC as the first core material focus.

Basswood

A stable hardwood with fine grain and good workability, suitable for refined interiors and painted or stained shutter programs.

PVC

A practical material for bathrooms, kitchens, basements, coastal markets, and easy-maintenance shutter applications.

Surface Finishes

Painted finishes, stained wood finishes, smooth PVC coatings, and color references can be reviewed according to market preference and project requirements.

Frames and Hardware

L frames, Z frames, T-posts, tilt rods, hidden controls, hinges, magnetic catches, tracks, rollers, and locking options can be specified by shutter style.

Moisture and UV Considerations

PVC is recommended for humid rooms. High-exposure projects should be reviewed by environment, opening size, hardware, and required performance expectations.

Custom Configuration Review

Bay window, corner window, sliding, folding, and special shape options are available upon project requirements and technical evaluation.
